  • Brittany & Gabriel

  • They met totally unexpectedly, Brittany was decorating her new home, and shopping for furniture. Gabriel was working in that store and Cupid struck him hard. When she left he had already decided he would marry her someday. On their first date, Gab might have been a little nervous, knowing he was with the women of his dreams, but Brittany agreed to a second date, and they've been an item ever since. They're new to the area, from Louisiana, and will tie the knot this June. They're so happy to [...]
  • Stormy

  • Meet Stormy, our Vet's beautiful Husky. Last week, was our first visit to the East Hill Animal Clinic. Our previous Vet moved too far away for us, and now Coco will be a patient of Dr. Laura Hall. Coco was presenting some very odd symptoms, which had me worried she might turn into psycho dog: every other night she would wake me every couple of hours to go outside. The first night I ignored her, but learned the next morning to run when she called the next time ( I won't describe the mess, nas [...]
  • Charleston, Pensacola Baby Photographer

  • 21/2 years ago I had my first newborn session with Walton. Last week, I met his adorable sister. It was pure joy to hold precious Charlie and I always tremendously enjoy visiting with this family. I ventured with some new poses, and am so thankful for their patience and willingness to try different things. That morning before the session, I was surfing the net, and came across this amazing photographer's work, Carrie Sandoval. I fell in love with her "hanging babies from a branch, stork sty [...]
  • Oh, how I love to come across these little gems of childhood wisdom. Magalie is always drawing, in fact all 3 of my children are always sneaking into my computer room to steal some of my printing paper, to draw. Yesterday, several new drawings were left on the kitchen table, and this morning I found this one along with an elaborate map of a fantasy world (Tëradorá, a new story Will is working on), and a "pizza" newspaper hat (an Olivia creation). All treasures, but this one especially. Meg i [...]
  • Loulou Belle, Yorkie

  • Dog lovers, be aware, miss Loulou Belle is A-DO-RA-BLE! She's as sweet as can be, but of course her small size make her even more irresistible. Her mama was telling me that when they first brought her home, she was so tiny she could fit in her husband's front shirt pocket! Now, at 3 months, he can still hold her in the palm of one hand. I think she hasn't reach 1 pound yet. She was very aware, and we have many cute shots in all different poses. Patient, Curious, Totally diggi [...]
  • Coco, super model!

  • Just a month ago, Coco had her first birthday, thankfully she's not aware of the exact date, so she probably won't have notice, we're still a little late celebrating it. The kids would like to plan a special dog party... I'm excited to announce I am now able to offer "studio dog photography". I've set up a small studio, but only intend to photograph dogs in that setting. I still much prefer "on location shoots" for newborns, children, and high school seniors. I got the idea from a wonderfu [...]
  • Holly, Jake and Sam

  • I have struggled with this post! Sam is the sweetest little boy, most adorable in all pictures. I had to restrain myself and try to select just a few favorite images. You've got to admit it's a hard task with such a cute little model. His parents are new to Pensacola (they haven't endured a summer yet...) Jake is going to flight school, and Holly is staying very busy with little mister Sam. I love his hat, I'm a big fan of hats on babies and children, All smiles.. Lovely family, [...]
  • The Bucket

  • I have been waiting anxiously to gloat about the "blue bucket's" retirement to the garage. For the last 2 weeks my household has been infected by some nasty, resistant GI bug. The bucket had definitely extended its welcome indoors, and does it feel good to finally have it back where it belongs, in the GARAGE!! It went through each room in the house, as we all took turns, even Coco the dog. When Will, the last victim, finally started getting better, after a safe 36 hours free of symptoms, I d [...]
  • Fred & Wade, the real thing

  • Here it is, the full E-session. I had in mind the 50ies, the scenic dinner seemed like the perfect place, and I found it's one of Wade's favorite spots. In fact, I've heard he's a regular on Sunday morning. Fred is a dune expert, and the beach is her territory, so we had to finish off the day by the water. As they soon discovered, I get carried away with my camera, but this was especially fun. Watching Fred and Wade so giddy with love, laughing and just so happy together was a real treat fo [...]
  • Our cards

  • Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Valentines, Happy Easter?  I know, the year 2009 is well on its way, but there are still 10 months.  Even with one left to go, it wouldn't be too late to send our best wishes. Finally, I have our cards together, it's definitely a simpler version of what I had in mind, but at this point, time is of the essence.  A big thanks to my friend, Patsy Brown for her beautiful pictures.  Once in the year, I get to be included in the recording through time of our f [...]
  • Fred & Wade, teaser

  • I couldn't let an other day go by and not post just one picture of my good friend, Frederique with her fiance, Wade. I have known Fred for a very long time (she loves to remind me the exact number of years, which never fails to freak me out, to her delight). She's my only friend from France, living here. We met in 10th grade, we were in the same class, in a very unique school, "la Legion d'Honneur", an all girl boarding school created by non other than Napoleon. The school was to be attended [...]
  • Vegas workshop

  • I'm finished working on my "Vegas" folder, and here are the remaining images. These were all taken around the Venetian hotel. Now that I've seen the true Venice, I'm a bit of a snob, and even though it's a very expensive structure it is no match for the beauty and elegance found in Italy... Beautiful Bhavana, I couldn't stop photographing her. Serena and her husband, Tiffany, Nancy in her gorgeous wedding gown, As the night fell, so did the temperature. I've notice [...]
