Fergie and Keeli
I've just arrived in Grand Rapids, MI, and am enjoying the luxury of a very peaceful room in a very swanky hotel, I could get used to this. I'll say more about this 4 days getaway in a couple of days, with I hope, some beautiful images.

April showers delayed this photo shot a whole month! But it was certainly worth persevering. Codi is a lovely young senior graduating this week and on her way to Ole Miss. In the course of the session I asked her the classic question: "what do you want to do after college?" I just loved how quick she was to respond "an news anchor", in a voice full of confidence and anticipation to this bright future. They're all back in France! And I'm sad, it was such a treat to have my family with me. But then again, I will travel there pretty soon for my early trip home to Provence. Every year, we seem to extend our visit a little longer, this time it will be a generous 6 weeks.

This handsome Dachshund gets his name from the very famous Bobby Bowden, current head college football coach of the Florida State University Seminoles. My knowledge in football is very limited, and I must admit I had never heard the name before, but I googled it, and was impressed to read about the very successful career of the head coach in non other than Wikipedia.

Last week, I drove to Mary Esther to meet this wonderful family and photograph their 8 days old little girl. I had, as always, the best of time playing with a newborn, and miss Lucy was the sweetest model. We went through many poses without much trouble. I've seen my friend, Barclay's parent walk their Basset Hound in the neighborhood ever since they moved to Pensacola. But since this past fall, I've missed them. They haven't been able to take him out because he's been diagnose with cancer and his health won't allow him his daily walks anymore. Happy Earth day
I've always enjoyed a beautiful "jardin", the women in my family all have a "green thumb". My aunt, who lives in England has created the most beautiful garden. "Miss Mary Taylor" has been baby sitting my children for some time now, and I only have admiration for her. She's a beautiful person inside and out. She's studying to be, like her mother, a teacher. Molly and Liam
This adorable set of twins was just a day shy of being 6 months old, when I came to photograph. They were just beautiful, and once more I was very impressed by their mother, Heather, who is so organized and keeps her house so tidy.
