Not quite a year ago, Dorene and I were photographing Michelle and André's wedding. Eamon, starting his second week out of mom's belly, an angel through out the session. A pleasure to hold and snuggle with. I've also so enjoyed meeting his mom, Elizabeth, a doula. I wish I had her around when I delivered my babies, she is so relaxed, soothing (no wonder her little boy was so easy going), and knows her business like no other. I'm still practicing a few new poses. I really like the "hammock" image, little Dylan looks so relax. For these I was lucky to find a new willing mom, Sam, to let me play with her sweet baby, Dylan. A couple of weeks ago, little Nora made her great entrance into our world. Her parents awaited her arrival anxiously. At the hospital, Randy, her father, kept friends and family updated on the delivery's progress with frequent facebook entries. A little over a year ago, Randy and Sharon were in the same hospital wing, excited to welcome their first newborn, Noah. But instead of the joyful calls to announce their son's birth, they had to deliver the tragic news of his passing to their loved on [...]

I'm so happy to present William. He's just 18 days old on these pictures and already 10.5 pounds!!! His parents are good friends of mine. His dad, Tim Ludvigsen, is a wonderful photographer in the area. I love it when they come for a visit, I get to hold cuddly little William. Today he turns 6 weeks, has grown a lot, is very alert, and loves to have a conversation.

I love photographing twins, and I so wish I had been around when these two sweeties were born. They came to the world on July 15th and I took these pictures when they were just a week shy of being two months old. It was my longest session ever, but definitely worth it. Sawyer is right at 10 pounds, and miss Lily a little over 8 pounds.

Parker was born on April 20th and was 2 months old on these pictures. A couple years ago, I photographed his older brother, Austin, as a surprise gift for their mother, Michelle. Meet sweet Elizabeth, 8 weeks old. We got really lucky and she fell asleep for a little while during the session, allowing us a few favorite poses. She has a head full of hair, and plenty of volume! At 2 months, she's starting to have some cute baby roundness, with those adorable little rolls and dimples...

Be prepared, this is a long post. This little guy was just too cute. It was a real challenge for me to pick my favorites. Jackson's mom called me to schedule a session a while back and I advised we wait till he could sit on his own. I'm so glad we waited, at this stage there is so much more I can do as far as poses. Coming from a family of strictly brown eyes, I just melt when I see blue eyes(I'll take green too), and this little boy definitely has striking shade of blue eyes!

Last week, I drove to Mary Esther to meet this wonderful family and photograph their 8 days old little girl. I had, as always, the best of time playing with a newborn, and miss Lucy was the sweetest model. We went through many poses without much trouble. However, it is no surprise this little princess is so gentle. Her parents, Kellen and Kimberly are adorable, and already so loving and caring for their precious little one. This adorable set of twins was just a day shy of being 6 months old, when I came to photograph. They were just beautiful, and once more I was very impressed by their mother, Heather, who is so organized and keeps her house so tidy. Their aunt Michelle was in town visiting, and a welcome extra set of hands during our session.
