  • More from London

  • A few more pictures from London. We met on the third day, with our models near London bridge. We then split up in small groups and explored this one little street for photo opportunities. We found a neat garage, where the workers loved all the buzz we created, they watched, then participated in our pictures, and even pulled out some fancy cars for props. A little further down the road, we came along a wonderful pub, where we spent a great deal of time posing the girls in a very cool environm [...]
  • Scott Robert next level workshop in London

  • I've been gone for a while, but I'm back to blogging. I've just returned from an amazing week in London with world famous wedding photographer, (drum roll please) Scott Robert. It was my second workshop with him (we call it: "hopping on the Scott Robert wagon"), and he keeps getting better. He's passionate about photography, he's pursuing an artistic vision whenever he's holding a camera (all the time), and he loves to teach. The group of attendees was small, only 8 of us, so we all got a lo [...]
  • Olivia & Alban, a wedding in France

  • Although on a vacation, I'm not able to put my camera down, and when I heard my father's best friend's daughter was getting married near Paris and we were invited... my photo mind went in full gear. I am so happy I was able to attend this beautiful event, and so thankful for the opportunity to photograph their special day along their official photographer. I can't begin to describe how amazing the whole affair was, from the magnificent location, a small chateau with luxurious grounds filled wi [...]
  • Trip To France

  • I'm now, after an unusually very long (24 hours door to door) trip in my top most favorite place on earth: Aix-en-Provence, with my children and all my family. This is where I was born and grew up, and it's quite a treat for me to return once a year back home. There's always something so special about the place where we spend our childhood, but I feel I'm even more fortunate to have it in this paradise on earth. The overwhelming happiness starts the moment the plane hits the ground. Of cours [...]
  • Hanna

  • A few weeks ago I met this beautiful family, and took some pictures at Laura's parents' house. It was an amazing spot on the sound side, with a "loved" garden. When someone tends to their yard so lovingly, it isn't called a yard anymore, but definitely deserves the name of garden. It was a pleasure to meet you all. Here, Laura's parents with their grand-daughter, Hanna. I couldn't resist inserting here one of the many details that contributes to the garden. I love the word "bel [...]
  • Family of 6

  • Last week, I met this beautiful family for a portrait session, we had a great time, and I'm going to have to get together with Kelli to get some parenting tips, her 4 children are the most well behave kids I have ever met. And so sweet too! It was a pleasure, thank you so much for contacting me. This is Olivia, And here she is with her big sister, Maya The oldest, Noah, 10 years. He's taking his maturing very seriously and showed me the beginning of facial hair... And the little [...]
  • Alisa, Anastasia and Lia

  • I recently photographed Alisa, but this time her godmothers came along, and we took advantage of Pensacola's beautiful beach. Anastasia and Lia are sisters, both in college and were visiting for a short time. I had a great time with the 3 of them, Alisa is smitten with her gorgeous godmothers, and was very patient with us. The girls are just striking. I love the contrast of their beautiful long dark hair, Olive skin and Alisa's blond curls with her fair complexion. Alisa didn't ca [...]
  • Mac

  • This is Mac, so sweet. I know I say this about every baby I photograph, but they're all so cute! It's a treat for me to document such strong moments in a family's life. Mac was really patient with us and played his part being a wonderful model for me. As you can see here, he was relax. It looks like he's doing some sort of sign with his fingers, maybe telling me I get two more shots and then be gone? I just had to take a picture on the bar.
  • Michelle & André

  • I had so much fun taking these pictures.  What a sweet couple and man, are they in love! They were so easy to photograph, being so happy together, they have a permanent smile on their faces. They couldn't stop laughing.. I did just take this picture a couple of weeks ago, and it's all green here, but it's also getting hot in Florida and I can't help wishing for the gentle fall breeze, so I modified this picture to a fall foliage. When Michelle looks at her fiance, her eyes sparkle, [...]
  • Happy Father's Day

  • I know it's a little early, but today I feel pretty good about Henry's (my man) father's day present. It sure beats my first ever mother's day present, 10 years ago: a fly fishing rod!!! I tried my best to practice in our backyard everyday for a good 15 minutes, under Henry's watchful eyes, but never really got into it. I imagine, his ulterior motive was for me to really dig it, then we could go on fly fishing trips together... Well 10 years later, I still try to come up with something more [...]
  • Jack

  • Meet Jack, a very sweet little baby. He didn't really care to play model for me, he just wanted to curl up in his mother's arms, and fall asleep in peace. I think he did great, though, and his parents will have nice pictures of him in this early stage of his life. We used a little trick, since Jack found comfort in sucking his pacifier, we would let him sooth himself for a while, remove it fast, and I would have a little window of time to take a quick picture. It didn't always work, an [...]
  • Anne

  • I must admit, I've been procrastinating (that's one of the tough words I have trouble pronouncing) posting pictures of Anne. For a good reason, she's startling beautiful, and looks amazing in every image. Too much choice will send me into indecision orbit... Anne was on a time restriction, but we made the most of it, and stayed mainly in what they call here "old Pensacola" downtown. I'm always a bit of a snob when it comes to old buildings around here, having grown up in a house built in [...]
