- The year is going by so quickly, next week it's Thanksgiving and already there is a feel of Christmas in the air, with decorations up in the streets, the houses... Let's not even mention the stores, most went straight for Christmas and forgot about Halloween altogether!
Amelie and Kent have plenty to be thankful for with this sweet boy of theirs.

- It really feels like just yesterday when I first met Skyler and photographed him as a newborn. Yet, today he's learning to walk!
I know I've been favoring Facebook and seemed to have forgotten about my blog. I do much prefer the blog configuration, as I'm all about the images, it's definitely here that you can see them better! - An other great session with sweet Miss Vivian. A very happy little girl, a perfect little model. It's not always easy being a model, lots of change of clothes, sometimes you even need to get out of your comfort zone and undress... completely to the request of the artsy photographer. Sometimes you even get stuck in a basket, but there's also playtime, snacks, and a nice warm bath.
Oh, but it can be exhausting to be a model at times!
Nothing that a little hug time won't fix.. [...]

- It's happened again: a little trip to France, I distance myself from my computer and then I neglect my blog. I apologize, I did leave with all good intentions to share all the beautiful sight seeing with a constant flow of images. It didn't work out as planed... I just really enjoyed myself, my family, my vacation, learning to knit (ohhhh, I did learn and have many adorable newborn hats to show off very soon).
I'm back and in the groove of things, all 3 children well adapted to their school [...]

- I was so excited and honored to photograph my friend photographer extraordinaire, Tim Ludvigsen's daughter, Katherine, that I pulled out my sewing machine this weekend and made a couple bonnets, before our session. She was a perfect angel and did a great modeling job for me.

- Meet Grayden, 10 days old and already full of smiles, a head full of hair and the longest eye lashes I've ever photographed. His mom, Brandy, walked in with a tinny toy wagon, hoping he would fit in. It took a little while to get that picture, but it's so sweet, patience was definitely rewarded:)

- This little guy was super sweet and so happy. He looks much like his sister, Heidi at the same age, when I photographed her.

- All cuddly and fuzzy, meet little miss Susie, with her big sister Libby.

- Today showing us how strong she is, Haley. Charming, and oh so sweet, Haley is known to melt people's heart, convincing some to have a baby (when they previously were determined not to) after spending time with her.
This little collage of expressions was a bit of a challenge, Haley has the sweetest disposition and rewarded each of my prompts with a beautiful smile.
A big thanks to Bruce, Haley's big brother for entertaining her at the very end of the session. You can tell she loves him!
