- After editing all day, I'm a little slow on text. But the images will speak for themselves, as they show a beautiful young women about to graduate from high school. When I post pictures of "seniors", my heart always pinches for the parents, as I know how they must feel, dreading their children to fly from the nest.. My son is 13, in 8th grade, and although at times we clash, I can't imagine living without him. Abby, it was a pleasure to photograph you, I think you look absolutely fabulous, si [...]

- She's beautiful inside and out. She has a sincere smile, and through it you get a glimpse of her huge heart. She wants to be a missionary, she enjoys reading and is very familiar with her bilingual bible (in spanish). As a mother, I was particularly sensitive to the tenderness between Maddy and her mother. Catherine, I hope that in our short time together, I was able to capture your daughter in all her loveliness, and that you will cherish these images.
This dress... if I ever find it, I' [...]

- Happy Mother's day to all the beautiful mamas all around the world. I hope you had a nice weekend, breakfast in bed maybe? lots of beautiful drawings, poems, recognition and lots of love from your little ones or older ones. Today I'm sharing some images of Stephanie, a high school senior in Illinois, but about to move to sunny and warm Pensacola:)
A huge thanks to Ansley's friends whom we met during our shoot and kindly let me use their bikes. I love pictures with some [...]

- I could tell you how Caroline is training for a carrier as an opera singer, and how incredibly talented she is. I could tell you she's american, but very worldly, speaking already 3 languages fluently (American, French and Norwegian), and on her way to master Italian, which I'm convince will be done by the end of the summer. She's from an international family, french mother, Norwegian father, she's lived with different cultures. She's absolutely lovely and charming. Or I could also just let [...]

A little traveling... all the way to Fairhope to photograph Izzy in her last year of high school. It's only a little over an hour away from us, but somehow it has a very different feel. There are streets to walk on, flowers decorating the town, beautiful neighborhoods with majestic ancient trees. It's a beautiful town, with the Gulf on one side and agricultural fields with grazing cows on the other... a photographer's paradise...
It was so exciting for me to work in a new location, I wished [...]

From Navarre High school, in her last year, Brooke. The weather was beautiful that day, in fact it has been gorgeous ever since. Brooke came with several lovely outfit, mind you anything would look fantastic on her. She has the most luscious long hair, stunning blue eyes and dazzling smile. Check out my new "old camera", a special find this summer on the flea market of Aix-en-Provence, it was made by the brothers Lumiere (which in french means light, what an appropriate name!)

All has been a little silent on my blog lately, I haven't left just yet, only getting ready... Provence, here I come!
Let me share Anna's session. Anna is no longer a senior, but already well into college. She finished her first year at UF, and was thrilled to receive her letter of acceptance into Sewanee very recently. So mature and eager to live the ambitious life she has mapped out for herself, Anna "croque la vie a pleine dents". It's only fitting to use french to describe Anna, as she' [...]

With only one more year of high school to attend, Ansley is ready for the great college adventure (seriously after visiting a few campus, I want to go to college in the US!). Whereas most of her friends are still wondering what they'll want to master in, she sees drawings, intersecting lines, and numbers with architecture. We had a fast pace afternoon, with my very ambitious numerous locations, spread out around town.
I would also like to brag about Ansley's mother, Yvette. Yvette is celebr [...]

Spring is here! Unlike everyone else I wasn't ready for "good weather". Our cool temperatures suited me just fine, it isn't that I dislike Spring, I actually LOVE it, it's just that I'm only too aware of it's shortness. It seems to be a quick introduction to a long hot summer...
I'm so inspired by all the colors, the lovely blooms on pear trees, the few cherry blossoms... Driving around town, I see opportunities everywhere for nice pictures, I wish I had a group of teens, kids readily avail [...]

I've known Momo since she was 7 years old. She's now blossomed into a beautiful young lady, leading a very active live as a sophomore at Pensacola CHS.

I've mentioned lately a special visitor from France, and thought I would post a couple pictures from this past summer. It's been nearly 2 weeks since my niece returned to home, and we miss her! We were very fortunate she chose to spend her winter brake with us. To my children, she's a dream caring big sister, to me she was a valuable assistant and such wonderful company. She's left me dreaming and hoping my daughters will grow up to be as charming, lovely, responsible, and mature as she is.

Phew! It's been a crazy month. With our trip to New York, a small hurricane, Veteran's day and Thanksgiving, the children will have gone just 11 days to school out of a 30 day month... I love spending all the extra time with them, but I've never been so behind with my files. And to top it off, I've just returned from an absolutely fantastic 2 days workshop in San Diego with the Baby as Art team (more to come on that soon, with some beautiful images).
For now, let me present Sarah, a Navarre [...]
