My other passions
  • My other passions

  •   In med school as I learned about the amazing human machine and its complex organs, I marveled at the miracle we are. I am very grateful for my healthy body, but mostly for my eyes and the ability to register through them the many beautiful sights of this world. My hands are my soul’s vector, they are in constant motion, even when I speak (it’s the Latin in me). I can count on my big hands and big fingers to carry on small, delicate projects as well as more physical, arduous tasks. I m [...]
  • Wedding photographers

  • Bonjour blog! Long time, no see:(  Sorry for the long absence, I have been investing all my efforts into facebook lately, but now trying to rekindle with my blog, although I wonder if blogs are already a thing from the past?  What do you think, are there still people out there reading this? Since I've started my business, I have photographed a little of everything, ranging from pregnancy sessions, to newborn, babies, children, families, engagements, weddings and even dogs! Overtime, I h [...]
Happy New Year, Happy Valentine, and mostly welcome to Mack!
  • Happy New Year, Happy Valentine, and mostly welcome to Mack!

  • I go through this periodically, a bit of a lacking presence on my blog, followed by sincere apologies for disappearing.  Like everyone I know "I am very busy", lame excuse but here it is.  I started the New Year not so much with new resolution but more the promise to keep the door open, to take the time to follow my dreams.  And do I know how to dream!  We are extending the house... a bigger studio, women photography, I'm learning to make jewelry...  Jewelry, that's right, and pretty soon (in 2 [...]
  • Kira & Michael

  • These 2 are the most adorable kids! One look with that sweet smile from Michael and my heart mets on the spot. Gail, I'm not sure why you haven't signed them up with a modeling agency yet, you would be set for life, Dan could retire very early...
  • Riana, Pensacola high school senior photographer

  • I can't believe I haven't blogged about this session.  We had it just a little before the time saving change.  It was the ideal time of the year for senior photography in Pensacola.  Mind you, now is excellent too, the weather is perfect for fun clothes, layers, boots, scarfs, hats... all my favorites.  BUT, the only inconvenience is that the sun sets so early now that we really need to get started close to lunch time and you might miss a little of school that day. Onto Riana, graduating at t [...]
Howland, Pensacola newborn photographer
  • Howland, Pensacola newborn photographer

  • The year is going by so quickly, next week it's Thanksgiving and already there is a feel of Christmas in the air, with decorations up in the streets, the houses... Let's not even mention the stores, most went straight for Christmas and forgot about Halloween altogether! Amelie and Kent have plenty to be thankful for with this sweet boy of theirs.
Skyler, 1 year old, already!
  • Skyler, 1 year old, already!

  • It really feels like just yesterday when I first met Skyler and photographed him as a newborn. Yet, today he's learning to walk! I know I've been favoring Facebook and seemed to have forgotten about my blog. I do much prefer the blog configuration, as I'm all about the images, it's definitely here that you can see them better! However, I get instant feedback on FB, giving me the impression that I'm really sharing my pictures with an "audience", and it's very gratifying. I'm also exploring Pinte [...]
  • Karissa, Navarre senior photographer

  • This is the best time of the year for high school senior photography, in Pensacola that is. The weather is finally cooling down, so we can actually have these outdoor sessions without feeling like a bathing suit is the only appropriate clothing for the season. No more temperature restrictions, it's your time to shine, pull out of your closet all those fun clothes, let your personality burst in colors, textures...and wear it! Pediatric orthopedic surgeon is her aim, and I have no doubt she will [...]
  • Haiden, Gulf Breeze senior photographer

  • The weather is finally cooling down somewhat, leading us into fall, my favorite season of the year, the reward for having endured the steamy hot summer. It is THE best time of the year to have senior pictures taken, when you can layer clothes, wear all kind of shoes, especially boots, scarfs, hats... Haiden has what I think are ideal features: luscious red wavy locks, gorgeous green eyes, a beautiful smile, and the sweetest personality to seal it.
Vivian, bundle of sweetness
  • Vivian, bundle of sweetness

  • An other great session with sweet Miss Vivian. A very happy little girl, a perfect little model. It's not always easy being a model, lots of change of clothes, sometimes you even need to get out of your comfort zone and undress... completely to the request of the artsy photographer. Sometimes you even get stuck in a basket, but there's also playtime, snacks, and a nice warm bath. Oh, but it can be exhausting to be a model at times! Nothing that a little hug time won't fix.. [...]
Chaz
  • Chaz

  • It's happened again: a little trip to France, I distance myself from my computer and then I neglect my blog.  I apologize, I did leave with all good intentions to share all the beautiful sight seeing with a constant flow of images.  It didn't work out as planed... I just really enjoyed myself, my family, my vacation, learning to knit (ohhhh, I did learn and have many adorable newborn hats to show off very soon). I'm back and in the groove of things, all 3 children well adapted to their school [...]
