Reid
“as young as 3 days old” is my motto to photograph newborns, but Reid was a couple days shy of being 3 weeks old. Yet it was a fabulous session, to be fair he was a little over 5 weeks early, so technically he should still be floating in Courtney’s belly… Like all newborn I photograph, I fell in love with him, so sweet, cuddly, just peaceful. I have 3 children. You would think I have the coolest images of them as newborns, but no, not one. It will be forever one of my biggest regrets. At the time, I didn’t know what I do now, I didn’t even realized how ephemera that stage of their life was going to be, and how special it would be to have such memories. I envy my clients, but am so happy for them to have made the effort to capture this moment of their lives, as a mother I can promise you will never regret having these. Courtney and Wesley, thank you for trusting me, there are many more beautiful images of your baby… very soon.

I just shared these beautiful photos with some of my co-workers. The chorus of awww's kept drawing more and more in to view your precious son. The general consensus was that these are some of the most artistic and original photos they had seen. We had such a lovely moment enjoying Reid.
