Photographing this little angel was so much fun, her parents, Doug and Tiffany were excited to let me try new things. I ended up staying a while, and got to experiment a little. My first new thing was the lights in this picture. I had brought with me some of my christmas light, but they were on a green cord. I explained what I was trying to do, and Doug offered to go find some white lights he had mistakenly bought some years ago. If their attic was anything like mine, I don’t think I would have seen him before I left, but he was back in no time, and we put those unwanted lights to good use. The idea was my from Austin photographer, Michele, who recently had a beautiful little girl, and can’t stop photographing her new favorite model.

I was taking just a picture on her mother’s shoulder, but then in her sleep she started making all these beautiful little expressions, and I just had to keep on snapping…

Classic, every parent should have one of this pose. How I wish I had one for each of my children.

She’s just too cute! I love all the little wrinkles,

I really liked this painting in her room, and wanted to have it in one of her pictures. I also wanted to try to have her on a stack of towels. We raided all the bathrooms, to come up with a pile.

Her very proud and super patient, brother, Will, and sister, Mackenzie. They were so good, waiting for their turn to be photographed.

Arielle, these are just stunning! They're the type of shot you treasure forever... you captured her tiny newness beautifully and I love the poses you got her in. Great call on the fairy lights... I've been hankering to try that for a while too! :)

These pictures are wonderful. The Woodwards are good friends of mine and Albi's and they loved the pics you did of Mac so we happily passed on your name. You did a fabulous job as always and I love the fairy lights. This makes me want to have Mac's pictures taken again. I will be in touch soon to get something set up!
