Aiden

New little baby, Aiden, born to Cassandra and Adam. We took those pictures on one of those days where the weather just couldn’t make up its mind, as I left my house it was all sunny, by the time I arrived to their house it was very overcast. Luckily, Adam and Cassandra had a nice covered porch, and that’s where we took our session.
Check out this beautiful family,

Aiden did a great job being my model of the day,

Look at that sweet innocent little smile in his sleep,

I always ask the moms to kiss their baby, you can just read in their expression how much in love they are with their new little one. The babies love it too, and start making these adorable faces, enjoying the shower of kisses.

Adam is a firefighter, and here I must give thanks, because I could never go into a blaze of flames, I’m terrified by fires. I nearly burn my parents’ house once cooking some little potatoes, and as I saw the flames engulf the ceiling, cabinets, I froze speechless for a few seconds (enough to curse myself for not having a very handy fire extinguisher like all household should). I finally was able to regain my voice just to say “fire” to Henry sitting in the next room, I couldn’t elaborate much more, I was petrified, worried the whole thing would take over the house in no time, that Will sleeping in his room was in danger, that my mom would be devastated to have lost all her nice things… Henry, was much more in control and saved the day. We did, however, have to redo the new white-turned-black kitchen. Needless to say, the next day I was at walmart buying several fire extinguishers. For a while there, I was real nervous about cooking my little potatoes.

Once, I saw Adam’s helmet I had to try to fit Aiden in it. It took a little work, but was well worth it. Isn’t he so cute?

We are so thankful we asked Arielle to do our photos. Being a first time mom, I was new at everything. Arielle was able to calm him like I've never seen before! When we wanted the "awake" photos, she made him come alive. Once we wanted those "sleeping" ones, she would talk to him and put him right to sleep! (Boy, I'd love her around at 2am!) I recommend her to everyone!! Thanks again, Arielle!

The photos in the fireman's hat are so clever! He looks so comfy, and so little. Such a big challenge to be big enought to wear his daddy's hat.
